Team Training - PROPANE HANDLING
A new approach to propane safety training and skill development
Transform your workforce with team training
THE DETAILS
|Skilled workers build safe, productive teams. How you train them matters.
Traditional, instructor-led training can be the right fit for many operations, but it may not always be the most practical option. Building and maintaining a network of qualified trainers takes time. Bringing in third-party instructors can get costly, especially for small groups or remote, hard-to-reach sites. When you only need to train one person, a full instructor-led course can be more than the situation calls for — sometimes leading to no training at all.
The training products you use, delivery methods, and instructors all shape your learning outcomes. A broader range of options allows you to align training more effectively with your team’s specific needs.
Introducing Team Training — a new approach to building and verifying your team’s propane-handling skills. Alongside our traditional programs, Team Training offers a range of regulatory-approved training tailored to your operation, with flexible delivery options to help you train your workforce how and where it’s needed.
We make it easy
IN-HOUSE TRAINER/EVALUATOR
Working with our exclusive TEAM Learning System (TLS), your trainers have full access to the complete suite of TLS curriculum and instructional tools. Your trainers will also have direct communication (phone or email) with our senior instructors and propane experts to answer any questions they may have. We’re always available to answer your questions - just a click or phone call away.
There are two methods of instruction to choose from. We’ll help you determine the approach that best fits your operation, and you can implement one method or combine both at any time — the choice is yours.
TEAMWORKS INSTRUCTOR-LED
IN-PERSON: TWS instructors guide students through the learning process, from classroom theory to practical skills evaluations, delivered on-site at your facility. This hands-on learning environment ensures participants gain the knowledge, confidence & competency required to perform their duties safely.
VIRTUAL: Students complete the theory portion of the training in an instructor-led class held via Microsoft Teams video with a certified TWS Instructor. Following successful completion of the virtual theory component, practical skills are demonstrated and evaluated on-site by a certified ‘Skills Evaluator’ from your organization.
