In British Columbia, CSA Code B149.2 5.2.1 requires that propane be transferred from one container to another only by individuals holding a certificate recognized by the Authority Having Jurisdiction. Technical Safety BC mandates that all persons dispensing propane, including bulk truck delivery drivers, must possess a certificate of qualification recognized by the Gas Provincial Safety Manager.

8-hour classroom and practical training covering vehicle operations, loading systems, delivery procedures, customer container filling, and emergency response. Includes graduated driver program component.

Aligned with Technical Safety BC Directives, Transport Canada regulations, Measurement Canada standards, CSA B149.2-15 Code, and WorkSafeBC OHSR requirements.
3-Year Certification
Participants receive a Record of Training (ROT) certificate upon successful completion of written and practical examinations, valid for 3 years and recognized across Canada.
